I started Odette Botha Counselling and Life Coaching because I wanted to apply my studies and

 

experience, in private practice.

 

I want to be able to offer support and motivate people who might feel that they need it.

 

The importance of having a purpose in life, can be invigorating. Opinion, and being able to voice

 

them, are powerful tools.

 

With realistic and proper motivation your goals can be achieved.

 

I believe that if you set your mind to something with the proper building blocks you can make it

happen.

 

Counselling and life coaching combined is such a powerful tool, not only can you discuss and

 

process what has happened in your past (what got you to this point) you can also plan, set new goals

 

and work on your future.

 

When you set goals, whether it be financial, career, love, or just structure long or short term. I

 

want to motivate you to follow through.

 

My passion in life has always been to help people. It is important to me, that everyone has a form of

 

support when it comes to their mental well being.

 

I firmly believe that you must always invest in yourself.

 

With my help, together, we can hopefully achieve your goals.  

 

I work with clients experiencing a wide range of emotional difficulties to help them bring about effective change and/or enhance their wellbeing. Clients could have issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, loss and relationship difficulties that are affecting their ability to manage life.
I empower others by helping them make, meet and exceed goals in both their personal and professional lives.
